RN's must be creative thinkers with the ability to make health related decisions with confidence and speed.
Our RN's provide an additional leadership role in the residences, mentoring staff and individuals to create a harmonious team. Days can be challenging and busy but also be filled with laughter, learning, and special moments! What characteristics are you looking for in your Caseload RN's? An effective Caseload RN will be kind and compassionate to the individuals we support and
create medical based recommendations through this lens. RN's must be agile and adaptable with the ability to respond to an individual's changing needs quickly. Additionally, RN's must have the capacity and patience to mentor other staff, specifically LPN's assigned to their team.
What certifications or skills do I need to be a Caseload RN? A Caseload RN must possess a valid New York State license to practice. Additionally, all staff must possess a clean/valid NYS Driver's License and the ability to lift/push/pull 50lbs. Prior experience in a clinical, medical or surgical setting is preferred, but not required as we provide excellent, ongoing staff training and development experiences
