MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Share success stories from the field through blog-style writing, social media, photography and video Draft content for multiple formats (i. e. blog, website, social media, press release, internal updates, presentations) Serve as lead photographer/videographer/editor for all Prime Time's communication needs (events, trainings, presentations, etc.

) Serve as Prime Time's social media ambassador (Facebook, Twitter, You Tube, Instagram, and Hootsuite) Research, collect and assemble content for Prime Time's e-newsletters Update website Assist with the preparation (writing, design and layout), distribution and maintenance of all Prime Time collateral materials:

annual reports, brochures, organization packet information, display board, etc. to ensure consistent organizational branding Provide administrative support to the communications department, including but not limited to, filing, scheduling meetings, preparing collateral packets and correspondence Demonstrates the ability to join others and work toward a common purpose through demonstrating collaboration, effective communication and teamwork skills and abilities.

Demonstrates the ability to be flexible within a changing environment, within the department, team and/or organization. COMMONLY USED SOFTWARE INCLUDES: Microsoft 365 Suite (Word, Power Point, Share Point, Teams, Outlook) Constant

Contact Adobe Photo Shop, Premiere Canva Asana Wordpress Invideo Hootsuite EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Possess strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy.

Ability to multi-task, problem-solve and work independently. Excellent communication and writing skills. Strong design skills Strong photography skills Strong video production skills May receive and process information of a confidential nature; ensures information is maintained in strict confidentiality. Ability to function effectively as a contributing team member. WORKING CONDITIONS/ENVIRONMENT: Duties are primarily performed in a hybrid working environment and in the community.
