equipment maintenance and support< /li> < li> Manage daily workload/priorities in order to achieve maximum availability of test equipment for Operations< /li> < li> Perform installation and validation of software updates< /li> < li> Lead activities with subcontractors in support of test equipment and tooling manufacturing and maintenance< /li> < li> Contribute in new test equipment procurement and installation.

< /li> < li> Develop and implement an efficient process of maintaining an optimum level of test equipment spares stock. < /li> < li> Share preventive maintenance best practices. < /li> < li> Collaborates

with Technical Support Engineers, with regional counterparts, with HSE officer. < /li> < li> Ability to work at the computer and on the production floor< /li> < li> Moderate physical activity, frequently handling objects up to 20 pounds, and occasionally and/or up to 50+ pounds< /li> < li> Must be able to travel domestically and internationally< /li> < li> Schedule: 8AM-4PM, some flexiblity with schedule - Monday through Friday< /li> < li> Must be able to demonstrate high proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics.

< /li> < li> Strong understanding of analog, digital, and electromechanical circuitry.

< /li> < li> Experience with manual and automatic test benches< /li> < li> Hands-on experience in test equipment design, fabrication, installation, troubleshooting, and repairs< /li> < li> Ability to work in a multi-disciplined environment, dealing with numerous internal and external organizations< /li> < li> Above average level of personal responsibility with well- developed sense of urgency< /li> < li> Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment, both large and small< /li> < li> Self-motivation and history of successful direct contribution to company objectives< /li> < li> Ability to analyze complex issues and develop logical corrective actions approaches< /li> < li> Above average computer skills< /li> < li> Experience working with MS Word and Excel< /li> < li> Associate’ s degree in electronics with 4+ years of work experience maintaining electronics or avionics testing and repair equipment within the aerospace industry, or a high school diploma or GED with 7+ years of experience in electronics or avionics testing and repair equipment within the aerospace industry< /li> < /ul> < p> Preferred: < /p> < ul> < li> Bachelor’ s degree in Electrical Engineering< /li> < li> Solid organization, decision-making, judgment, and team-oriented skills< /li> < li> Above average level of personal responsibility and well developed sense of urgency< /li> < li> High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others, individually and in teams< /li> < /ul>
