Differential Pay Flexible Self Scheduling: (work up to Full-time hours if desired)Only required to provide the availability to work no more than two weeks in advance.

Requires a minimum of 48 scheduled hours per pay month · Requires 1, 12-hour off-shift and 1, 12-hour weekend shift per month. · Requires minimum RN experience of 18 months. · Requires nurses to work in all units for which they are qualified and a minimum of two different units. Several pool assignments to choose from such as ED, OR, Behavioral Health, Endo, PACU, LDRP, IMCU/Stepdown, ICU, Med/Surg, Cath Lab, and Inpatient Case Management. Purpose Cover sick calls, patient census swings, and unexpected staff shortages that

BSN or MSN preferred. New Hire Education Requirement: All new RNs who do not have their BSN will be required to sign a BSN Agreement committing to enrollment in an accredited RN to BSN program within 24 months of hire and successfully obtaining their BSN within 5 years of hire. Meets and maintains any requirements defined by specific specialty; Critical Care/IMCU ACLS within 1 year of hire; Emergency Care - ACLS & PALS or ENPC within 1 year of hire; Oncology Care ONS/ONCC or Sentara approved course Chemotherapy & Biotherapy Provider Card within 6 months of hire.

Women's Care - Perinatal departments; NRP within 6 months of hire. Inpatient Pediatrics. PALS within 6 months of hire. All Direct Care RN's required to have BLS within 90 days of hire.
