guests. Provide consistent, prompt and courteous guest service at all times under any circumstances. Initiate new member enrollment by actively pursuing non-members using approved methods. Full knowledge of Players Club. Including but not limited to: Enrollment of players in the OASIS system, issues cards, and voucher redemptions.
Knowledge of Stockman’s policy and procedures, internal control, standards and objectives. Follow prize promotion rules and conduct drawings with accuracy. Writes daily players club reports on casino activity and guest comments. Work with Marketing Director and Supervisor in the issuing of guest comps. Assist guests with any problems or questions. Assist in
any and all players events. Acts as witness and second signatory on jackpots and fills as needed. Participate in soft count when necessary. Must be able to announce clearly club promotions and casino events over casino loud speaker system regularly.
Collects supplies needed for booth operations. Keeps work area clean and helps with the cleanliness of the casino and Stockman’s property. Duties, responsibilities, requirements and expectations pertaining to this job are subject to change as needed. Hours are determined by 24-hour schedule. Must adhere to strict confidentiality in all matters. It is everyone’s responsibility to keep their department clean. But everyone must also be responsible
for the cleanliness of the casino (if you are “21”). When walking through the casino if you see dirty ash trays take them to the bartender and switch the ash trays out with a clean one.
If you see empty bottles or glasses pick them up. Pick up paper or garbage as you are walking from the parking lot or through the casino. Take pride in Stockman’s property. All team members are required to clock in and out on hand scan system. The team member must properly clock in and out for lunch breaks. (The team member is NOT required to clock in and out for their 10 minute break. )It is the team members, responsibility to check the memo book on a daily basis for any new memo’s that have been placed into effect.
It is the responsibility of the team member to check the memo book for any meetings that might be scheduled and who should attend. The pass down log book must be viewed on a daily basis by team members this is a communication log book for team members to pass information from one shift to another. This must be utilized by team members, managers, and supervisors. Discussion about guest or another team member is kept out of the work station at all times. If you need to speak to a Supervisor about a guest or team member take it off the floor away from other guests and team members.
