15+ years of overall professional experience in Brand/Product Management, Marketing, and Innovation with prior experience leading a Marketing
Team. MBA preferred, but not required given experience level.
Individual needs to be adept at managing multiple projects, with the ability to prioritize and lead Marketing & Innovation Teams to move the business forward. The ability to balance strategic orientation with the need to 'roll-up your sleeves' and get the work done is a must. This position requires New Product experience, including pipeline development as well as new item launch experience. The position requires Advertising and Agency management experience (creative as well as media planning) including exposure to Digital & E-Commerce Marketing. This position requires excellent Leadership skills including experience in leading cross-functional groups, including Operations/Supply Chain, Sales, Packaging, Market Research/Category Management, and R&D.
Knowledge of how to plan, manage, and analyze Trade programs is a plus. This position requires Strategic & Business Planning experience including analyzing, developing, and presenting plans and recommendations to key decision makers. This position requires P&L Management experience including financial understanding and budgeting. This position requires Market Research understanding including syndicated and custom market research.
Knowledge of corporate policies and compliance. Demonstrated prior success in achieving Business results using team-driven philosophies. This position requires management and leadership of top projects to assure alignment across senior management.
