Oversee scheduling of Event Security staff for all events. Oversee the recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training of personnel Event Staff. Maintain
an efficient recruitment, interview and hiring system with Human Resources.
Update all Event Security materials to include daily event information sheets, information binders, staff forms, post orders, department handbook, etc. Aid in developing staff training programs and materials as well as assist in training all event security personnel. Submit payroll reports and liaise with Finance Department to ensure personnel are paid accurately. Oversee staffing levels and manage staffing issues. Manage Guest Services & Event Security uniform distribution/collection plan and inventory. Implement and enforce Genric policies and procedures. Assist in annual performance reviews of all part time event security personnel.
Work closely with Marketing personnel to provide resources and coordinate event operations to meet the needs of sponsors and various promotional initiatives Perform other duties as assigned.
