Job Duties and Responsibilities: Execute the day-to-day calendar management, production, testing, and scheduling of email, mobile, and direct mail campaigns per the marketing calendar and strategy. Conduct day-to-day campaign-level analyses
to support email, mobile, and direct mail efforts. Setup and execute A/B testing based on the strategic testing plan and calendar. Build personalization modules and dynamic content in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), and Marketing cloud Personalization (MCP).
Setup automations, campaigns, and journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Leverage data to execute the management of all email, mobile, and direct mail campaigns. Setup and manage all targeted email, mobile, and direct mail campaign journeys, templates, and data feeds. Understand and have a working knowledge of retail customer and transactional level data. Act as a subject matter expert, and cross-functional liaison between other
teams. Partner with creative, development, e Commerce, and leadership to identify and align on user experiences and/or test cases.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Education: BA / BS in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related areas from accredited four-year college or university, required. Related Experience, Qualifications and/or Certifications: 2-5 years' experience in email, mobile, SMS, direct mail, marketing automation, and personalization Skills / Special Equipment Knowledge: Hands on experience working in Salesforce Marketing platforms. Knowledge and experience in email, SMS, and direct mail marketing.
Knowledge of Java, html, CSS, AMPscript, SQL (highly preferred). Ability to work on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to interpret data effectively to provide insight. Knowledge of email, mobile, basic personalization, and database marketing concepts (such as segmentation). Understands the Salesforce ecosystem and the data integrations between each platform a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns, processes, and efforts effectively. Proficient at all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Power Point.
