Essential Job Functions: Creates and executes comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive client acquisition within the PEO industry. Utilizes

advanced SEO and SEM techniques to improve the company’s online visibility, increase website traffic, and optimize online marketing campaigns for lead generation.

Designs visually appealing and engaging marketing materials, including website banners, social media posts, email templates, and promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency and creativity. Conducts market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis. Uses insights to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotions. Develops compelling and relevant content for various marketing channels, including blogs, social media, email marketing, and promotional materials. Collaborates with cross-functional

teams, including sales, operations, and client experience, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

Monitors and analyzes the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools. Prepares regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and makes data-driven recommendations for improvements. Manages the marketing budget effectively, ensuring ROI for all marketing initiatives. Monitors and maintains marketing inventory to ensure availability of materials for events and regular use. Supervisory Responsibility: This position currently has no supervisory responsibilities but as a fast-growing organization we expect the Marketing Department to grow as well.

Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing within the PEO, payroll or related industry. Proven experience in SEO/SEM optimization and digital marketing techniques. Proficiency in graphic design software (e. g. Adobe Creative Suite, Word Press) with a strong eye for design and creativity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Physical Demands/Work Environment: This position can be located in our North Port headquarters or can be primarily remote (within Florda market (preferably mid to south Florida), with occasional travel, including overnight. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers and photocopiers.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. Frequent computer use requires manual dexterity to type. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items under 1 lb. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 lbs. to carry collateral or marketing materials for meetings or events. Occasional travel by automobile in conducting business is required.

Must be able to effectively communicate orally in 1:1 settings as well as group presentations. Good reasoning ability to apply statistical calculations and analyze data. Ability to understand and use financial reports and legal documents to conduct business. This job is performed both indoors in a traditional, air-conditioned office environment and outdoors while traveling to client locations and marketing events. Could be exposed to inclement weather when outdoors.
