The E-Commerce Channel Marketing Manager will drive the retail media strategy for the organization while working closely with the Digital Marketing team to optimize growth online. Responsibilities: Align with Digital Marketing Team on strategic direction, vision, and roadmap to enhance the digital experience of the DAP end-user specifically through retail marketplaces.

Serve as conduit between Marketing and Sales team as it relates to requests, updates, and cross functional communications. Lead the planning and execution of all retail media/ad campaigns. Provide strategic support to Sales team in planning and

launching promotions with online retailers. Collaborate with Digital Marketing Team to implement and optimize data syndication and data distribution processes through PIM (product information management) system.

Support Sales team with accessing content through PIM integrations and updating content on retailer sites. Work closely with the Digital Marketing Team to manage and optimize feeds for the where-to-buy tool. Support the Brand and Digital Marketing Teams with facilitation of online content creation by serving as the key point of contact with agencies. Direct Sales Team on timing of content updates on retailer websites as it relates to new product launches and packaging transitions.

Develop and implement social commerce strategy in collaboration with Digital Marketing Team Desired Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or Sales 3-5 years of hands-on DTC Digital Marketing or e Commerce experience Experience working directly with online retailers and/or agencies.

Outstanding record of efficient project and time management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently while setting realistic timelines and managing deliverables. Experience in end-to-end execution of digital programs Demonstrated success working in a collaborative, cross-functional team capacity with the ability to communicate and work with various teams, technologies, and people.

Extreme attention to detail, organization, and accuracy Understanding or experience with e-commerce best practices as it relates to product display pages and the content within Consumer Packaged Goods and/or Hardware & Home Improvement industry experience preferred.
