Under the guidance of the President & CEO and with input from the Sales Department and the Contracts Department, the senior marketing manager/marketing manager will provide leadership around all marketing activities including working closely with Sales and Client Management to achieve business and financial goals. Key Responsibilities · Executes annual sales and marketing
plan (working with the Sales & Contract Departments) and adjusts the plan against key performance indicators. · Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes.

· Manages launches, including pilot programs. · Oversees all activities related to selecting and managing trade shows and events to support Sales and the Contract Departments including on site participation. · P rovides quarterly forecasts, including budget oversight. · Conducts research for input to pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing profits while ensuring our clients are satisfied. · Keen understanding of healthcare, transportation, and the go to market strategy. · Manages annual marketing budget. · Responsibilities, duties, and work schedule may be changed from time to time as deemed appropriate by Company Management.
Qualifications · 5+ years' experience in B2B marketing. · Experience in creation and execution of B2B marketing and sales support programs including postmortem analysis for both large healthcare providers/health plans and individual/group medical practices. · Experience in creating reporting and analyzing campaign effectiveness. · As experienced with numbers as with marketing concepts. · Advertising, digital media, social media and direct marketing program experience. · Experience in building and managing lead generation programs.
· Demonstrated success working in collaborative, cross functional teams. · Results driven and accountable mindset with ability to self-direct as required. · Motivational leader who works well cross functionally with others. · Strong project management skills. · Ability to travel as required. · Strong written and verbal communication skills. · Demonstrated leadership, strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. · Strong creative business mind. · Excellent written/verbal communication, time management and quantitative/analytical skills required. · Ability to take conclusions from data and communicate and present to leadership and business executives.

Working Conditions · Work from home with the ability to be in the corporate office in Cerritos as required. · Some travel may be required, 10% of time. · Workdays are typically Monday through Friday.
