supports the sales department through systematic lead generation initiatives and the creation and maintenance of robust sales tools. Requires advancement of brand building in the non-emergency medical transportation industry, specifically for the Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) and health plans.

Under the guidance of the President & CEO and with input from the Sales Department and the Contracts Department, the senior marketing manager/marketing manager will provide leadership around all marketing activities including working closely with Sales and Client Management to achieve business and financial goals. Key Responsibilities · Executes annual sales and marketing

plan (working with the Sales & Contract Departments) and adjusts the plan against key performance indicators. · Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes.

· Analyzes data including competition, market size, revenue potential and performance metrics. · Identifies potential new lines of business through data analysis. · Monitors trends that indicate the need for a change in existing services and/or strategy. · Conducts research to access market trends, new business initiatives and client needs · Partners with other internal stakeholders, external agencies and vendors. · Creates selling

tools, e. g. individual and group sales presentations, tradeshows and tradeshow marketing activity, white papers, virtual newsletters/communications, etc.

· Execute field marketing campaigns including email campaigns, trade shows, direct marketing, webinars, and other lead generation activities. · Interacts with outside marketing agencies/consultants, as needed. · Maintains and updates formalized lead generation programs. · " Owns" the brands and brand positioning for the company's service lines. · Develops and executes brand building campaigns for the company's service lines including the use of PR. · Trains Sales, Contracts and Client Services teams on the core benefits and features of our service lines.

· Manages launches, including pilot programs. · Oversees all activities related to selecting and managing trade shows and events to support Sales and the Contract Departments including on site participation. · P rovides quarterly forecasts, including budget oversight. · Conducts research for input to pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing profits while ensuring our clients are satisfied. · Keen understanding of healthcare, transportation, and the go to market strategy. · Manages annual marketing budget. · Responsibilities, duties, and work schedule may be changed from time to time as deemed appropriate by Company Management.

Qualifications · 5+ years' experience in B2B marketing. · Experience in creation and execution of B2B marketing and sales support programs including postmortem analysis for both large healthcare providers/health plans and individual/group medical practices. · Experience in creating reporting and analyzing campaign effectiveness. · As experienced with numbers as with marketing concepts. · Advertising, digital media, social media and direct marketing program experience. · Experience in building and managing lead generation programs.

· A strong values-based individual with an emphasis on integrity and collaboration. Education · Bachelors' Degree in Marketing, Business or related field. Working Conditions · Work from home with the ability to be in the corporate office in Cerritos as required. · Some travel may be required, 10% of time. · Workdays are typically Monday through Friday. Physical Requirements · Sitting/ Standing for prolonged periods of time. · Lifting to 20 lbs. may be required. · Position requires extensive computer work, phone work, as well as sitting, standing and grasping.
