Position Summary The Client HR Associate is responsible for assisting with a variety of Client HR departmental administrative duties and projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities In partnership with an HR Business Partner or team of HR Business Partners, the HR Associate is responsible for: System Support/Updates: Submit Client Space tickets for troubleshooting and system access. Provide follow-up communication
with client. Assist HR Business Partner with conducting client training of the Mineral Platform. Handbooks: Complete single state or non-complex handbooks for clients using Mineral Partner with the HR Business Partner for complex Handbook customization requests Labor Law Posters: Submit orders through Client Space case to order labor law posters for updates and/or new locations Terminations/Resignations: Partner with the HR Business Partner for off-boarding processes related to client worksite employee separations.

Miscellaneous: Update HR contacts as needed in CS and Vfficient at the AVP's request.
Email the EPLI team to request that certification be sent to a client. Create/run client reports as needed/requested (i. e. EEO-1; etc) Complete/assist client new hire onboarding tasks such as background screens, new hire paperwork, E-Verify, etc. Assist with various projects, reports as needed Attend departmental and regional HR meetings as scheduled Build, maintain, and promote relationships with team members, colleagues ensuring effective communication and services that impact clients.
