platform (currently Pardot), fully leveraging its capabilities to execute the company's various marketing strategies for all product and service lines. Working closely with the Vice President of Marketing, Salesforce Administrators, Sales & Marketing Ops and PMs , this individual will play a critical role in both the lead generation and qualification process.

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to, recommending , designing, implementing, scoring, and maintaining workflows for automated campaigns and reporting metrics. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Responsible for marketing email program development and execution, to include segmentation, testing, and deployment,

and ongoing optimization. Collaborate with the in-house Salesforce Administrators to improve and maintain data integration and integrity, including merging/transitioning of additional CRM platforms.

Help define the role of email across various customer and non-customer groups' journeys. Understand campaign metrics and share campaign performance with the team. Work with Sales & Marketing Ops to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze nurture campaign and singular email performance. Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards. Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements

to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth.

Support essential marketing conversion initiatives, including but not limited to managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing. Other coordination and support as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related business field Minimum 3 years of firsthand experience with both marketing automation and CRM platforms (Pardot, Hubspot and Salesforce experience a plus) In depth knowledge of the marketing conversion funnel, items like top-of-funnel lead generation channels and how they complement mid/lower funnel efforts.
