SUMMARY: Oversees all gaming and racetrack-related special events and promotions including workflow and resource management for Miami Valley Gaming's marketing department.
The Specialist coordinates the planning, organizing, management and fulfillment within the facility to meet contractual obligations and the highest quality possible of guest service. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Researches all promotional giveaway items and provides detailed reports of quantities, cost per unit, total cost and
other important information to the Promotions Manager on an on-going basis. Responsible for producing all pre-event reports, e. g. Proformas, Event Details, etc. Responsible for producing all post-event winners' reports.
Schedules and supervises all staff for promotions. Serve as liaison with vendors on event-related matters. Assists with managing on-site production and clean-up for events as necessary.
