The Marketing Manager, LINZESS position will support key HCP promotional activities towards physicians including but not limited to, speaker programs, tradeshow and convention management, field engagement, agency management and

support of operational planning. The Marketing Manager will report to the Brand Lead, LINZESS and will work in close partnership with the other brand team members and cross -functional teammates including but not limited to sales operations, market research, compliance, medical affairs, insights and analytics team, and the promotional review team.

Key Responsibilities Assist with development and pull through of field promotional materials, including creation, communication, and training in collaboration with agencies and cross functional partners Lead the development and execution of promotional exhibits and sponsorships for key scientific meetings, including strategy, planning, booth

and sponsorship advertising creation, pre-con meetings, and collaboration with associations and other external vendors as required Assist with development and execution of speaker bureau strategy, speaker nomination, contracting, and training processes, educational material development, program format creation, budgeting, and overall speaker bureau management with external vendor and field colleagues Ensure all materials are appropriately reviewed and approved through the Medical, Legal, Regulatory process and that all promotional activities are conducted compliantly and in accordance with defined policies Help to lead brand team communications and engagement with the field and manage promotional material availability in cooperation with sales operations, including sample strategy and availability Contribute to the brand strategic and tactical planning process, including defining tactics critical to supporting defined imperatives for success Help to lead budget planning, purchase orders, and ongoing financial management for assigned projects and programs Work in collaboration with copromote partners on planning and execution of key brand initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a business-related and/or life sciences field required.

5+ years of work experience, preferably in the medical Positive attitude paired with strong project management and prioritization skills Working knowledge of the medical industry and health care environment, as well as thorough understanding of marketing business processes Thrives in a fast-paced environment Ability to meet deadlines and complete projects within budget Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels Excellent communication skills Ability to think creatively and innovatively Budget-management skills and proficiency Ironwood is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Ironwood currently anticipates that the initial base salary for this position could range from between $126,000 to $150,150. The actual base salary will depend, in part, on the successful candidate's qualifications for the role, including education and experience.
