What is the opportunity? Our product is in Phase III development for blood pressure lowering in treatment-resistant hypertension. The opportunity is expanded across cardio-renal diseases by the potential for a fixed dosed combination with a best-in-class medicine for treatment of diabetes, heart failure and CKD, aiming to provide both blood pressure reduction and organ protection in a single treatment

option. The role will be expected to have a high level of collaboration with global functions (e. g. Business Insight / Analytics, Medical Affairs, R&D, Pricing & Market Access) regional leadership and local Marketing Company teams.

Accountabilities: In this role, you will be accountable to evolve the global strategic plan, implement the global operational plan and support key launch markets. The successful candidate must be a strong matrix leader, good communicator and well-rounded global commercial leader, with a specific appetite for shaping and implementing brand strategy. Skills/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Medical or Life sciences degree10+ years medical commercial experience Expertise in cardiovascular, renal and / or metabolic disease areas Broad commercial experience including pre-launch and launch Proven experience and knowledge of a broad base of external customers including patients, prescribers, payers and providerinteractionperience leveraging clinical data to shape brand strategies and lifecycle planning Experience with revenue forecasting, budget/expense management, business case development and management/ communication of brand performance.

Evidence of developing compelling business caseinteractionperience working with medical, clinical professionals, scientific societies and patient advocacy groups Sufficient understanding of technical risks and the implications for the commercial aspects to future brands Desirable Skills/Experience: An advanced degree (MBA, MSc or Ph D) is preferred Why Astra Zeneca?
