not limited to: Work with the Shop Planners and Managers to define work plans and priorities Ensure efficient workflow by monitoring and facilitating information and parts availability for mechanics, and adjusting labor resources Work with Planners to adjust Mechanic work assignments and prioritization Evaluate and improve current procedures Assist co-workers with operational questions Ensure safety and sanitation standards are being met Assist management with various tasks as needed Qualifications: Three to five years of relatable work experience, including leadership / supervisory experience Understand and comply with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and Hazardous Materials Regulations

Ability to operate a variety of computer programs Willing to learn and perform a variety of job tasks Accurate / detailed oriented Ability to lead, motivate, and set a solid example in teamwork Have excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills Work in a fast paced, safety conscious environment Specialized training or familiarization with various tractor / trailer combinations, petroleum tankers, heavy duty engines and the ability to obtain a Class A CDL with hazardous material and tanker endorsements are a plus.
