Job Summary: Panelmatic Inc. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Supervisor. The Production Supervisor position is a working supervisor role that involves leading one or more teams in the execution of the production/manufacturing processes. The primary responsibility of the Production Supervisor is to ensure the assigned work is completed in a timely manner; this includes assigning and explaining daily tasks to associates; monitoring work progress and compliance with policies and procedures; training

and assisting associates. The Production Supervisor will work with the management to improve processes in the production/manufacturing areas.

Job Duties: Expedite hot orders in a manner to maintain the production schedule Lead department employees Accomplishes manufacturing results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and communication with employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures Act and resolve problems adversely affecting the schedule Reads, interprets, and follows pass-downs, work orders, blueprints, and work instructions Work towards continuous improvement in the production/manufacturing shop Help improve department processes to maximize efficiencies and quality Promotes Panelmatic’s policies, procedures, and safety practices Ensure work areas are kept clean and organized Limits and controls use of shop consumables Participates in training, safety, quality programs, and continuous improvement efforts Supervising, hiring, coaching, and terminating department employees Use hand and power tools to layout, measure, drill, and tap subpanels for initial assembly preparation Install din rail, wire duct, equipment, terminal blocks, and nameplates Assemble and install electrical components according to engineered drawings Cut, tag, and run wire in specification to project drawings.
