As a Service Leader, you are responsible for all aspects of the vehicle flow through the service area: Supervises associates by training, scheduling, coaching and communicating job expectations Assign and oversee work of the automotive technicians Create pricing and estimating on service repairs Order and manage parts inventory Consult with customers and front-counter team Provide top notch Guest service What you need: Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair and diagnostics Successful track record in sales To provide world-class Guest service To focus on safety A valid driver's license and a good driving record ASE certified is desired, but not required
