Maintain rental fleet inventory promptly tracking returned equipment. Prepare and organize rentals for large groups and school programs. Disinfect boots and helmets per manufacturer recommendations. Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently. Manage the till, count start cash and prepare nightly deposit bags. Handle customer complaints in a professional and
diplomatic way. Maintain rental shop and storage racks in a neat and organized fashion. Answer telephone calls directed to the rental shop. Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities) Skilled in providing outstanding customer service. In depth knowledge of equipment used in skiing and snowboarding. Working knowledge of computers and rental software systems. Able to count cash and perform simple mathematical functions. Certification in DIN setting (provided by ski manufacturer Rossignol). Mountain Bike Patrollers will be good ambassadors for the resort and assist in creating a positive guest experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Create a safer mountain experience for our employees and guests. Operate safely and within ability level when biking.
Provide emergency medical and rescue response for illness and injuries. Provide guidance to guests on trail selection and rider ability. Provide assistance to guests having mechanical bike issues. Educate trail users of proper etiquette and bike park policies. Maintain general safety signage for summer activities. Extricate and transport injured guests safely off the mountain. Identify and mark
hazards on bike trails (or close trails as necessary). Sweep trails at the end of day to assure guests are off the mountain. Maintain all rescue equipment for readiness in emergency response.
Maintain the mountain bike trails as requested by management. Complete emergency incident documentation forms and other daily logs. Perform lift and mountain evacuations when necessary. Coordinate patient transfers with EMS Providers (air and ground) Assist with special events at the resort as needed. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESTAURANT SHIFT SUPERVISOR The Shift Supervisor is responsible for developing and managing the
daily operations of our restaurant, including the selection, development and performance management of FOH employees.
They also ensure service runs smoothly and that guests are satisfied with their dining experience. Help prepare schedules and ensure that the restaurant is staffed for all shifts. Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents Review financial statements with general manager and ensure restaurant hits operational goals Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs.
