Our products are used primarily in absorbent products such as diapers and hygiene products. What You Will Do Supervise and coordinate production efforts of the pulping department that drive improvement in all associated work processes - environmental health & safety, compliance, reliability, quality, production, & cost Facilitate team development and growth and employee skill development Engage in problem solving and root cause analysis Drive safety excellence through promoting employee involvement, ownership, and accountability to proactively eliminate hazards

Coordinate with other department production supervisors to maximize mill production and efficiency Coordinate work for shift maintenance personnel Work a rotating 12-hour schedule (Du Pont Schedule) Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Experience working in an industrial, manufacturing, oil & energy, chemical, or military environment What Will Put You Ahead Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline Pulp and paper industry experience Experience in fiberline/pulp mill operations/engineering At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
