Retraining colleagues who are demonstrating a deficiency in performance. Establish continuous education sessions focusing on changes and improvement to current processes. Auditing behind new colleagues to ensure accurate and correct procedures are being followed and new hires are set up for success long term with Sysco IFG. Primary Responsibilities: Provide technical instruction to operations new hires

according to training outline and objectives Provide retraining to current colleagues who are not meeting minimum performance standards Build solid relationships with warehouse floor colleagues through continuous coaching and interactions Communicate new hire progress and training completions with Operations management and HR.

Make recommendations for targeted training for colleagues in need of additional assistance. Data entry and analysis completion of all new hire training documents and necessary tracking. Consistently review of these documents with new colleagues. Education: High School or equivalent Experience:1 Yr. IFG Operations experience Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to

be able to give and receive constructive feedback effectively Proficiency in computer use including email and MS Office Extensive knowledge of the warehouse environment and procedures Good organization skills-able to handle multiple and changing projects/priorities/program requirements Be prepared to take ownership of new hires success and overall training program Ability to operate all PIE.
