Job Responsibilities: Knows the contract documents and acts as a resource to Subcontractors to answer questions or clarify contract documents. Ensures completion of the full scope of work on time and under budget. Knows and understands LEMOINE's LIFE Safe Work Practices. Conducts inspections, as required by Project QA/QC plan, of work put in place using predetermined
checklists and documents with photographs. Assists Superintendent in the daily management of Craft Workforce activities. Assists Superintendent in tracking production rates or quantities.
Ensures efficient communication among project stakeholders. Required Qualifications: A high school diploma or GED is required, a bachelor's degree is preferred. Requires thorough knowledge of the construction industry and general management skills; general business knowledge normally acquired through a 2-year college business degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong mechanical reasoning and comprehension skills. Proven customer service, project management, and conflict
resolution skills. Ability to inspire trust & commitment from employees, peers & customers.
Strong written & oral communication skills. Proficient computer MS Office skills. Travel Required to major disaster sites in various areas within the region.
