Position Summary As a Data Modeler at RB Consulting Inc. you will be at the forefront of data-driven decision-making, leveraging advanced modeling techniques to analyze business needs and translate them into the creation of solution data models. Your expertise in data modeling and data analysis will enable

you to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and predictive solutions that enhance our company's performance and competitive edge.

(Military Veterans are highly encouraged to apply) Duties & Responsibilities Data Modeling: Working with the data management team and other teams to identify model needs and create physical data models and data flows. Evaluate business and legacy systems needs and translate them into creating solution data models. Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources, ensuring data quality and integrity. Statistical Modeling: Develop and apply statistical models to analyze data, identify trends, and extract actionable insights.

Data Visualization: Create clear and informative data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders. Data Mining: Identify patterns and opportunities hidden in large datasets, driving informed strategies and recommendations. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with legacy system teams including data stewards, database owners, and technical SMEs to address complex business challenges and develop data modeling solutions. Model Deployment: Deploy and monitor machine learning models in production environments to ensure their ongoing accuracy and effectiveness.

Feature Engineering: Select and engineer relevant features for modeling, and optimizing model performance. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, and apply new knowledge to improve existing models and methodologies. Ethical Considerations: Maintain high ethical standards in data handling and analysis, particularly concerning data privacy and security. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information technology, or data science.

or related field. Proven experience (3+ years) in data modeling or architecture, with a track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions. Understanding of the Do D Architecture Framework (Do DAF) Proficiency in data modeling and analysis tools Azure System Architect and programming/scripting languages in Python, R, and SQL. Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and data modeling techniques. Experience with data visualization tools (e. g. Tableau, Power BI) to convey complex findings to non-technical audiences. Knowledge of big data technologies (e.

g. Hadoop, Spark) is advantageous. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively on complex projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Experience with briefing techniques and methods, delivering findings to non-technical audiences, including senior military or government leaders. Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity. Ethical mindset and awareness of data privacy and security best practices. Must be a U. S. citizen and be able to satisfy Tier 2/MBI requirements.
