What you'll do: Accurately dispense and pack prescriptions for shipment Responsible for copying, faxing and processing prescriptions Responsible for ownership
of customer issues and ensuring 100% follow-up to patients What you need to do the job: Excellent Quality with the patient in mind, ensure accuracy Use of technology data entry skills and reference database as needed Be Efficient- attention to detail, organization skills, time management, and problem solving skills will be important Be Flexible- ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment; willingness to work a flexible schedule when needed Be an effective communicator with solid interpersonal, written and verbal skills Some computer knowledge General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office, use of internet and email is required Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent experience.
