This role is a Full Time Weekend Shift -- 3 DAYS 6:00AM to 6:30PM FRIDAY through SUNDAY PRIMARY DUTIES · Review daily production schedule and ensure demands are met through proper scheduling of work · Provide leadership, communication,
and expectations for technicians · Ensure technicians are trained and have appropriate tools to perform their job · Periodically review the work of technicians to ensure adherence to quality standards and work instructions.
Has authority to stop production to correct any quality problems. · Evaluate technicians performance to achieve a high level of output through performance reviews and corrective actions · Reviews data and trends on production and recommend and implements continuous improvement activities · Ensure technicians are aware of and provided with proper protective equipment · Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices · Participates
in recruitment activities by interviewing and selecting staff · Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related duties that may be outside of assigned priorities.
