of all scopes and sizes. The Site Acquisition (SAQ) Specialist on our team partners with other team members to provide just one of those one-stop shop services.
As our Site Acquisition (SAQ) Specialist, you will be providing your expertise in real estate and working with the team through all the logistics of securing sites for our clients' projects. You will take tasks such as feasibility reviews, candidate selections, leasing, permitting and land use processing, negotiating easements and lease terms, preparing zoning and permitting applications, and attending jurisdictional hearings off of our clients' plates so they can focus on their business. Within Ramaker, you will collaborate with other professionals such as project managers, civil and environmental teams.
To be considered for this role, you must already have your Real Estate License and have 2-5 years of experience in real estate, leasing and contracts. Because you will work with many different parties from the clients to landowners to our own internal team, excellent communication skills are required. Other skills that will help you be successful in this role include negotiation, customer service, conflict management, and problem-solving skills.
