Daily duties of this position is to provide top of the line services for the individuals on the team while providing quality service to the customers we provide a variety of services for. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan and deliver lessons that are varied, interesting, engaging, and enjoyable for students, considering soft and hard skills development. Develop and implement individual and group activities and workshops in the areas of pre-vocational and vocational skill development, employment readiness, practice work, volunteerism, job search/discovery, life skills, meal preparation, computer literacy, peer support, self-advocacy, budgeting, job shadowing, as well as other topics as detailed in program curricula.

Ensure that your work area / classroom is conducive to learning - one that is safe, clean, and nurturing for all clients.. Prepare lessons prior to workshops, modules, lessons, and activities. Perform break, lunch, and bus duty as assigned. Follow and maintain all safety standards. Attend all trainings as required, including, but not limited to: annual Hazard Communication Program, OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standard, and Beacon's Exposure Control Policy, Seizure Awareness, Driver Training.

Reinforce safe practices to clients, and other staff. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or its equivalent Successfully pass the drug test and background check CPR/First Aid certification, or able to obtain and maintain a CPR/ First Aid Certification Fingerprint clearance card, or able to obtain and maintain a fingerprint clearance card Current vehicle registration and insurance coverage Provide proof of good driving. /motor Vehicle Record Have a valid Arizona Driver's License and pass the Beacon driving test Article IX and Prevention and Support certificate or able to obtain and maintain certification Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel WORK HOURS AND SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity/ Affirmative Action employer - qualified females, minorities, disabled persons, and veterans are encouraged to apply.
