P roduction A ssociate role is involved in different stages of the processing of donations. This role ranges from sorting products, pricing products, hanging , taggin g and evaluating and processing high end products to go out to our stores. This is a volume driven and performance based position that requires speed, focus, and a goal-oriented mindset.
This postition is both high end production as well as standard product production. Duties High End Production Associate backss products for style, condition, and quality for resale within our thrift stores. Maximizing production by maintaining individual production goals within the thrift center (sorting product, pricing clothing, tagging
and hanging clothing, processing shoes, accessories, or linens). Assist in the packaging and storing of off season product. Evaluating high end brands and processing them as directed by the Production Manager.
Other duties as assigned. Requirements Uphold the mission of Liberty Ministries. Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, pull, etc. Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds and stand for a full shift. Must have knowledge of brands specializing in High End brands. Be of good physical and mental health with emotional maturity and a sense of humor. Has basic knowledge of clothing fashion and brands and ability to distinguish between mens, womens, and kids clothing as outlined by
Liberty Ministries Thrift standards. High ethical ability for following the policies and procedures of Liberty Ministries Thrift.
Must be able to take direction well yet be able to work independently while remaining motivated and productive. Flexibility Knowledge, Skills, & Experience Basic knowledge of brand names and current fashion trends
