Prioritize assembly flow to meet daily orders Identify and resolve issues in a timely manner and communicate with Assistant Crew Lead(s). Maintain a safe work environment. Maintain a fully operational and tidy work environment. Ensure housekeeping practices are followed. Training and supervising wash station and assembly station. Keeping in contact with leads in the greenhouse in a timely manner when additional product is needed.
Knowledge of general labor tasks and ability to fill for the role in due to company needs if/when necessary. Flexible working hours will vary throughout the growing season. The hours are generally Monday through Friday. However, employees in this position must be available to work some weekend days and holidays. Overtime is mandatory as needed (Agriculture exemption applies). Operates forklift truck and carts when necessary and when trained with certification on file. Other duties, as assigned.
