Position Summary: The Cannabis Associate is responsible for performing all required duties, as assigned, in the Cultivation Department, including the following areas of production and post-production: plant maintenance, cloning, transplanting, feeding plants, defoliation, cropping, topping, flushing, harvesting, bucking down, sorting, cleaning and spraying, trimming, sorting, and
packaging. The Cannabis Associate also maintains cleanliness and organization of all areas, and all equipment present within the grow area. Proficiency in labor reporting and cost control. Bilingual in Spanish is required. Familiarity with automotive industry standards and wire set production processes is a plus.
