be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient packaging of products according to specific guidelines and quality standards. Your primary focus will be on inspecting, sorting, and preparing items for shipment, contributing to our overall operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities as a Packer : Package items meticulously according to company standards and customer requirements. Ensure proper sealing, labeling, scanning and picking of products during packaging. Conduct thorough inspections to identify any damaged or defective items. Take appropriate actions, such as removing or replacing items as needed. Review order details and accurately pick the correct
items from inventory. Pack items efficiently to meet specified deadlines. Maintain a high level of quality control by following established procedures. Report packaging or product issues to the supervisor promptly.
Assist in identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures. Accurately record incoming and outgoing products for inventory management. Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure sufficient stock availability. Follow safety protocols for handling, storage, and equipment operation. Requirements as a Packer : High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a packing or similar role, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Strong
attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and guidelines precisely.
Good organizational and time management skills to meet production targets. Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina for repetitive tasks. Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management. Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to use a RF scanner Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and operate packaging machinery as required.
