THE ROLE: Freezer Loader is responsible for filling orders (order picking), monitoring production line and moving of product, stocking freezer (warehousing), shipping/receiving. Must be able to withstand cold (-30F) temperatures for up to 30 minutes at a time. Must provide own cold weather apparel such as Carhartt's, thermal socks, warm gloves, coats, and hats. Therma gloves are provided. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Must be able to push/pull heavy loads (pallet jack, 2-wheel hand cart) Standing for long periods of time are required Maintaining a clean work environment is critical Punctuality is required.

At least 3 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility. Experience in high speed manufacturing and PLC Controls. Knowledge of electrical and process improvements.
