Qualifications Knowledge of golf is preferred, but not required. Must be at least 16 years old with a valid driver's license. Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds. Research, develop and maintain business relationships with supplier/partners. Participate in client engagement process, site inspections and presentations with regional sales managers as requested. Responsible for ensuring that office sales tools, tariffs, and product resource

Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant experience, or a combination thereof. 2 years of event experience, DMC, hotel, corporate incentive travel, hospitality company or related is highly preferred. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Able to effectively manage and handle multiple diverse tasks simultaneously, while remaining detail oriented. Proven ability to work and lead in a team environment. Working knowledge of venues and supplier/partners in the area and ability to locate new venues and supplier/partners.
Ability to work evenings and weekend hours as business needs dictate. DUTIES Open car doors and greet Members and guests promptly as they arrive at the Clubhouse. Transfer golf clubs and other personal belongings as requested from vehicle to golf shop/starting area promptly.
Use sense of urgency when retrieving vehicles for Members and guests; make temperature in vehicle as comfortable as possible prior to delivering to member or guest. Offer chilled bottled water to every Member and guest as they leave the Club. Assist with loading and unloading of personal belongings; assist physically challenged guests entering or exiting the Club; assist with
guiding members and guests to and from the property and within the property. Coordinate seamless service with all departments, communicating Member and guest arrivals and departures to ensure efficient service.
