and have previous purchasing experience involving Government contracts. Previous Do D experience is highly-desired. This position reports to the Vice President of Contracts. Roles & Responsibilities: Author and maintain purchasing policy for the company.

Lead company-wide procurement efforts. Ensure compliance with all purchasing requirements. Track product deliveries, resolve delays, and escalate critical problems to Senior Management. Review purchasing requisitions to ensure best value trade-offs. Where needed, obtain additional product quotes. Work with Engineering to develop Bill of Materials. Maintain company's purchasing Process and Procedure Quality Management System documents

to ensure continued ISO certification. Support project accounting functions for maintenance of contract and subcontract files. Close out completed POs.

Travel: Minimal to none. Experience and Education: BA or BS degree in a related field required (experience may be traded for education). Minimum of 2 years of Government contracting/subcontracting work or purchasing experience. Technical Skills: Working knowledge of the FAR/DFARS as they apply to Purchasing. Well-versed with Microsoft Office suite, particularly MS Word and Excel. Previous experience in Do D preferred. Personal Skills: Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Self-starter who is able to work efficiently

both independently and as part of a team, and be motivated to tackle new problems and take on new responsibilities.

Strong time management skills, organized with the ability to multi-task. Intensive attention to detail. Excellent research and analytical skills. Capable of obtaining a Government National Security clearance. Must be US Citizen. Must have received COVID-19 vaccination and booster vaccines by date of hire. Proof of vaccination is required.
