Wire drawing experience desired. Education and/or experience : High school diploma or general education degree (GED). One to three (1 - 3) months related experience and/or training. Manufacturing or supervisory experience required. Language skills : Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability
to speak effectively with employees of the organization. Mathematical skills : Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Reasoning abilit y : Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Computer skills : Must be capable of using personal computers and Microsoft software. and abilitie s : Assertive and goal oriented, self-starter with positive attitude.
Must be organized and capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities. Interface effectively with other members of Supervision, personnel from other departments and ISWA personnel. Physical demands : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and talk and hear.
