DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Complete all floor care assignments with Custodial Floor Team. Perform and complete all floor care duties at assigned locations with final inspection of floor team's work. Develop, implement and train Floor Technicians on all floor maintenance processes and procedures. Assist the Project Manager on creating floor maintenance schedules and work plans,
perform site inspections, training plans and implementation of work to be performed.
Assist the Project Manager on equipment inventory, maintenance and training plans for operation for all Floor Technicians. Develop and maintain routine equipment maintenance logs. Assist the Project Manager in setting up maintenance and/or repairs of all floor care equipment. Assist the Project Manager with developing budgets for the floor care department and purchase of new equipment. Assist the Project Manager with customer service issues. Assist the Project Manager to develop and implement department safety plans. Assist the Project Manager with any custodial projects as instructed.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Project Manager. Attend training and yearly review on the OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standard and Beacon's Exposure Control Policy. Understand and follow the Standard and Exposure Control Program. Report any potentially dangerous situations to supervisor and Human Resources. Take steps necessary to protect clients and staff until the situation is corrected. Develop and attend training on all floor equipment QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to pass all background/ drug screens. Must be able to obtain GSA clearance. Must have valid AZ driver's license with good driving record.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. 2-3 years of floor finishing and maintenance experience required. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
