Manage Screen, Impeller, Stitch Yarn, Sieve Screens and Packaging materials inventories. Maintain and / or verify all required production documentation. Monitor Production Schedules to ensure raw material is available
and staged prior to production room demand. Monitor, evaluate, and report production rates and ingredient quality.
Manage production facility to " audit ready" standards. Perform other tasks as assigned. Preferred Skills: 2-4 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment is required. High School diploma or equivalent required. Prefer college degree or coursework. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Strong communication and leadership skills. Prefer experience with Six-Sigma and Lean manufacturing principles. Maintain an inventory of new chassis and new and used cargo tanks. Maintain an extensive knowledge of DOT, CFR Code and Pamphlet 58 regulations. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors.
Facilitate maintenance of State of Illinois dealer license. Preferred Skills/Abilities: Ability to be a positive representative of the Company both internally and externally. Ability to operate in a high pressure/high operational tempo environment and complete tasks within a tight schedule. Strong problem-solving skills in resolving complex or escalated issues with customers or vendors. Ability to maintain stability under pressure and be flexible and willing to modify plans and behavior when necessary. Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to manage and motivate varying teams of employees effectively.

College degree a plus. Must have mechanical abilities. Knowledge of computer databases and proficiency with computer applications. Knowledge of pricing and ability to manage vendor relationships. Job Responsibilities: Provide Leadership for the successful day to day operation of the production facilities. Work closely with the Safety Manager to ensure that all safety programs are being communicated and reinforced, so that all departmental personnel are aware of safety polices to provide a safe workplace for our employees.
