Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the operations of the manufacturing plant during off-shift hours. Supervise a team of operators, providing leadership and guidance. and resolve any production issues that may arise. Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and best practices. Train and develop employees to improve their skills and knowledge.
Participate in meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions as required. Work collaboratively with other supervisors and management to achieve company goals and objectives. Qualifications Required: Must have prior supervisory experience, preferably in a Manufacturing environment. High school diploma or equivalent plus the ability to pass a basic math skill backssment. 5+ years working with metal fabricating equipment. 5+ years' experience working in an industrial environment. mathematical computation skills. Requires good computer skills - Microsoft office, word, excel, Epicor.
