performing a wide variety of work in commercial resort kitchen areas of the facility while maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly condition with a focus on offering great customer service and kitchen support.
Whether it's cleaning, sweeping and mopping the floors, cleaning and maintaining a wide variety of kitchen equipment or gathering and pulling trash, you get satisfaction out of being able to physically see what you've accomplished. Responsible for running giant commercial dish washing machines or performing runner duties, you get great satisfaction out of being part of a kitchen team and supporting the overall goal of customer satisfaction. You report maintenance repair problems
to your supervisor and make sure that all water temp logs, and commercial kitchen safety precautions are followed at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME STEWARD 21 years old or older Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and perform general steward service tasks including bending, kneeling, reaching, and being on your feet for an entire shift Health Card Previous commercial kitchen or hospitality experience would be a plus!
