Maintains proper date rotation on all additives, uses FIFO.8. Maintains paperwork associated with additives.9. Assists with changeovers and changeover sanitation.10. Fills additive feeders including handling of 100-pound bags of additives or materials.11.
Performs sanitation assignments on daily sanitation checklist.12. Performs sanitation in additive storage areas.13. Performs sanitation for silo loading room and silo room.14.
Performs sanitation in egg areas.15. Performs raw material handler duties when employee is on break, lunch or out.16. Will be required to operate fork trucks within required standards of safety and operation.17. Will assist with production needs as directed.
