Program Director Summary of Position: Responsible for the leadership, direction, management, development, quality and growth of Residential Supports programs. Manage budgets, assist in negotiating contracts, develop and maintain liaisons and oversee the supervision and operation of all components of the program in accordance with the Divisional, agency, and external governing agency policies and goals and applicable regulations, standards and practices.
Ensure the attainment of individual and programmatic goals, working in collaboration with others to provide opportunities for individuals with developmental
disabilities to fully participate in their communities as valued members; and supports provided are implemented in accordance with Pathlight policies, external regulations and in response to individually stated preferences and goals.
Qualifications: Advanced knowledge of a professional discipline such as social sciences, human services, business administration. Equivalent to a Masters Degree. Over 5 years and up to and including 7 years of progressive learning experience. Working knowledge of computer systems, programs and applications. Requires valid driver's license and reliable transportation/vehicle required. Reports to: Assistant Vice President of Residential Services.
