This key role supports leadership’s strategic and tactical objectives, serving as a trusted advisor to HR and IT Leadership Teams, Key Subject Matter
Experts, and client interface for the organization’s People Technology portfolio which includes HCM/HXM, Compensation, Security, Recruiting, and Onboarding, as well as other HR system touchpoints (Kronos, ADP, etc.
). You’ll regularly collaborate with other People Technology and HR Teams at the global level to help advance the collective technology capabilities of Veolia. As a People Technology Manager at Veolia Water Technologies and Solutions, you will: 1. Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, HR, and IT departments to understand
business requirements and align technology solutions with organizational goals.
2. Problem Solve: Utilize your problem-solving skills to identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues related to our People Technology systems and processes. Lead user support, systems administration, and mass data management activities which include systems maintenance, data conversion, table maintenance, integration monitoring, mass data uploads, and configuration functions for People Technology applications 3. Cultural Adaptability: Thrive in our culturally diverse environment, adapting to different perspectives and collaborating effectively with colleagues from various backgrounds.
4. Big Picture Focus: Maintain a clear vision of the overall HR technology landscape and how it aligns with the broader organizational strategy, ensuring that individual projects contribute to the larger mission. Manage and deliver large, complex People Technology projects and system implementations 5. SAP Success Factors Expertise: If you have experience with SAP Success Factors, it's a significant advantage. You will play a critical role in optimizing and expanding our use of this platform while looking for opportunities to integrate genuinely useful technologies into our ecosystem 6.
Project Management: Lead and contribute to the successful delivery of complex People Technology projects and system implementations. This includes project planning, execution, monitoring, and post-implementation support. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity. Depending upon all the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate, the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range: $130,000 - $145,000 annually

This includes monitoring clinical decision-making aspects of the program, providing clinical guidance, tracking patient outcomes, and conducting performance evaluations.5. Performance Metrics and Reporting: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate program effectiveness, operational efficiency, and financial performance. Generate
regular reports to communicate program outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and support data-driven decision-making.6.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry advancements, emerging therapies, and best practices to identify program enhancement and innovation opportunities. Seek stakeholder feedback and implement process improvements to optimize patient care and outcomes.7. Personnel Management: Conduct regular employee performance evaluations, providing timely and constructive feedback. Ensure compliance with HR policies and handle associate relations functions such as hiring, termination, and performance management. Review and manage work schedules, including sick time, vacation time, personal time, and holidays.
The ideal candidate should possess at least four (4) years of directly related and progressively responsible experience, including at least three (3) years in a supervisory/management role. A Degree in shop from an accredited College of shop and a current, unrestricted pharmacist license is required through the appropriate state board of shop. Experience with accreditation or reaccreditation cycles (URAC and ACHC) is critical to success in this role. An advanced degree such as a Pharm D (or equivalent) and successful completion of an ASHP accredited Residency is strongly preferred.
Candidates holding a Board Certification are preferred but not required. If you do not have a license to practice shop in Pennsylvania, you can obtain one within six months of employment.
