REGIONAL PERFORMANCE DIRECTOR position summary: You will be responsible for success in your region by working closely with your store General Managers to drive profitability and performance, create a standard of excellence in CSI and maintain Sales Effectiveness. Hertrich Regional Performance Director Qualifications: Five years of experience in a senior management role successfully running multiple dealership operations Proven leader with history of driving exceptional dealership outcomes: Profit, CSI, Inventory Turn and People development.
