In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the virtual signage ecosystem across the entire delivery system, and the processes created for its delivery. You will work to ensure that all virtual signage is delivered with the
highest degree of precision and integrity. In addition to the virtual signage oversight, you will be responsible for assisting in the management and implementation of broadcast graphics operations which include graphics creation, delivery, and oversight of live playout.
Success in this roll requires a strong attention to detail, as well as the ability to interact with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Experience managing on-air graphics systems and staff. Proven experience launching new graphics packages and initiatives. Remain up to date on industry trends and new uses for a wide range of graphics technology. Required Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications Knowledgeable about all aspects of virtual signage workflow, from logo creation though on-air insertion Must have knowledge of broadcasting standards, workflows, and technologies responsible for virtual signage and broadcast graphics production. Knowledge of a wide range of broadcast graphics software including Ross XPression, Vizrt and Chyron. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams across a variety of work groups.

Position Summary The Project Employee would be primarily responsible for assisting the SVP Programming Management with the day-to-day management and coordination of all aspects of third-party programming and licensing deals. Major Responsibilities Responsible for daily tracking of high volume of 3rd party programming and licensing deals correspondences, primarily from
emails and meeting notes. Projects include a variety of documentaries, docuseries and unscripted films and series. Participate and take notes during internal and external meetings related to these 3rd party projects.
Assist with facilitation of various Legal department requirements for 3rd party projects as directed. Assist with research and meeting prep (producer credentials, executive bios, etc. ) Participate in organizing review process across internal departments for 3rd party pitch materials (treatments, scripts, rough cuts, trailers, etc. ). Engage with other league departments as needed to facilitate various aspects of 3rd party project reviews and execution (e. g. Content, Marketing,
Basketball Operations, Marketing Partnerships & Media Planning, Finance).
Provide support for Footage Licensing Lead as needed with ongoing footage license requests (e. g. viewing/logging rough cut links, providing footage counts). Serve as internal point person for regular communication of project updates to department senior leaders and relevant internal groups. Serve as backup to SVP Programming Management and Footage Licensing Lead during out-of-office periods. Required Skills/Knowledge Understanding and familiarity with media distribution and licensing agreements. Ability to issue-spot when given direction. Ability to distill large volume of information into clear, concise recaps. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
