What youll be doing. The leader of Performance Management is responsible for establishing business objectives over a 5-year horizon. The incumbent is responsible to maintain the financial targets to precision. The leader is responsible for maintaining macro KPI forecasts, identifying trends and analyzing performance. It is critical that the incumbent highlight opportunities, and guide

the strategic focus areas of the Value base management teams. This leader will continuously evaluate KPI performance and partner cross-functionally to provide actionable insights.

This is necessary in order to adjust the strategic marketing plans as needed throughout the year. This leader will ensure proper cadence and review so that the organization meets defined commitments. The leaders scope of work will include all brands in the Verizon Value business unit. Our Value subscriber base represents the greatest share of Values recurring revenue. The core responsibility of this leader will be the 5-Year Planning, Forecasting, Business Case Development & Performance Reportingenabling of

partners to effectively manage and grow the Verizon Value base. The performance management team will set the strategic focus areas for the Base Management team through 1) AI Driven Reporting & Insights; 2) Performance Analytics & Business Case Development; 3) Five-Year Planning, CV/OL creation, and Monthly Forecasting.

Key Responsibilities Include: Ownership and accountability for Consumer performance and business KPI attainment, providing executive understanding and a clear narrative on the why behind the what Drive performance expectations and course corrections for Verizon Value base, and will at all times be able to articulate what dynamics are most impacting performance Continuously optimize AI/ML modeling to improve the accuracy of our 5YR plan, quarterly OL, and monthly forecasts.

Development and continued optimization of daily performance reporting against these key performance drivers Lead a team to closely monitor Verizon performance against growth goals and forensically identify where course-correction is needed on a consumer-by-consumer opportunity basis Deliver performance related actionable insights to key marketing teams. The team will utilize these key insights to hold teams accountable for their performance and drive changes to our strategic marketing plan.

Automated Insights, Reporting & Data Mgt: Develop & maintain an Automated Insights & Reporting ecosystem. This system will be directly interfaced with key performance data points and will analyze these thousands of performance related data points on a daily basis. This leader will also be a spirited and articulate leader who can inspire and drive the growth of a dynamic team of Managers, and will work collaboratively across the extended organizations. Partnering with Finance to develop volumes forecast including clear linkage of retention efforts to forward results with deep analysis of churn drivers.

Providing thought leadership on leveraging consumer data, technology advancements, and analytical techniques to solve business challenges. Continually staying abreast of industry trends and developments in marketing analytics and data science. Where you'll be working. In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager. What were looking for. You'll need to have: Bachelors degree or four or more years of work experience. Six or more years of relevant work experience. Willingness to travel approximately up to 25%.

People Leaders experience. Even better if you have one or more of the following: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Strategy, Marketing Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or four or more years of work experience Minimum of 6 years' relevant work experience including base management, strategy, marketing analytics, finance, data science, or a similar role; experience in managing a team is essential. Ability to work in matrix structure and drive results across teams. Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and strong numerical abilities.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex data in a clear manner to non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, and dynamic environment. Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to plan, manage, and deliver on complex projects. MBA, Master's, or advanced degree. Proficient in statistical software (like R or Python), BI tools (like Tableau or Power BI), and SQL. For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances. If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island or Washington work location, the compensation range for this position is between $151,000.00 and $305,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
