Director in strategic planning for the Center.
This position manages the NTC Summer Experience bridge program, known as Connec TU, including acting as a liaison with the Office of Admission, recruiting faculty, planning coursework, and co-curricular programming, and overseeing all summer programming with students.
This position oversees the Center for Academic Equity’s budget, specifically around spending and reconciliation of accounts. This position serves as CAE’s Grants Officer and administers CAE’s grants and fellowships. This position supervises the Center’s programming staff, oversees student support efforts, and manages the day-to-day operations of the Center. Required
Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years of relevant experience OR • High School Diploma (or Equivalent) with 10 years of related experience Preferred Qualifications • Master’s Degree in Higher Education or a related field.
• Expertise in equity, inclusion, and diversity initiatives in higher education. • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. • 1 year of management experience. • Strategic and project management capabilities coupled with strong analytic and critical thinking skills.
