EOIR and Local Virginia Court. Communicate with clients, and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations. Work extensively with staff to meet deadlines and clients needs. Preparing briefs and memorandum of law. Develop and share subject matter expertise with staff.
Should have JD Degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Licensed to practice in Virginia is required. Spanish or French language is a plus. Excellent oral and written communication skills are needed.
