Ohio Clinical licensure required: LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC (independent license strongly preferred). Experience treating individuals with substance use diagnoses and facilitating substance use therapeutic groups preferred. SUD certification/license strongly preferred. TEAM first. Provide individual and/or family mental health counseling and appropriate and effective evidence-based therapeutic interventions according to the client's treatment plan. Complete MHAs, including accurate mental health diagnoses. Complete treatment plans (ITPs) in collaboration with client. Completes a level of care (LOC) backssment during intake to determine client substance use treatment needs. Complete timely and well-written documentation. Progress notes should be completed and signed daily, or within
24 hours for billing purposes. Participate in Peer/case review, supervision, and other quality improvement activities.
